Q What sort of service do you provide?
A We at All the best cleaning offer you a team of either 2 or 3 cleaners to do your cleaning at the same time, same day, as often as you arrange.

Q How do you vet your cleaners?
A We at All the best cleaning do a thorough vet on all our staff. We ask a number of structured questions over the phone to determine their suitability, most are discarded at this stage. We then arrange an interview where more questions are asked, proof of address and a work and or character reference have to be provided at this stage.

Q Can I specify the day the cleaner comes?
A Yes you can and we will do our best to provide you with exactly what you want

Q How do I pay the cleaner?
A You can leave either cash or a cheque in an envelope

Q Do you have insurance?
A Yes we do, the cleaner is insured for accidental damage to your property whilst working in your home or building. The insurance is subject to a £100 excess, so it isn't for minor breakage.

Q How often can I have a cleaner?
A You can have a cleaner as often as you like

Q Will I have the same cleaners every week?
A Yes you will have the same cleaners every week

Q Will the cleaner come in for 1 hour a day?
A Yes we can arrange for a cleaner to come in for 1 hour a day

Q Will you be able to provide a cleaner if I move to a different area?
A Yes as long as it is within 30 miles radius

Q Do you provide any other services apart from cleaning?
A Yes we also do an ironing service, which can be done at your home or we can collect your ironing and deliver it back to you within 48 hours

Q Do you provide transport for your cleaners?
A Yes we provide transport for all our cleaners OK I want to go ahead and try you out, what do I do now? You can either phone our office or book online.
